friday's training was depressing
guess we need more practice with our campcraft.
don't want to elaborate more on that.
PT was KILLER
omg!! 5 sets of suicide, 140 half-squats, 110 crunches, 4 rounds around the field
did 4 sets of suicide only cause i felt like throwing up. feel annoyed at myself?!
sat out for the inclined pull-ups as well.
the 4 rounds almost killed me till we started our insanely retarded cheers...
"BOOM! BOOM! PEEE PAAWWW! PEEE PAAWWW!"
but retarded cheers that we made up while running seem to help(:
although PT was hiong i have to say it did benefit us(:
but really i could do without the muscle aches. OUCH!
training has been cancelled due to the H1N1 influenza.
they have been postponed to a later date.
