ello!
today i went to Keppel Club to see the Go Green event
there was this whole ball room decorated for people to see...
it's divided into a few sections...i'll go through them in order^^
Section 1:
pictures of like plants and insects which won the competition and stuff... not so interesting
then i saw this model of WALL-E!!!! it was really kinda real! shoot i didn't take a picture...
my dad's friend made it...the model Wall-E won the first prize...
Section 2:
it was a whole area of ROSES! REAL ONES! and they were growing VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY well...like all the petals are full and nicely spread out...and they were in so many colours!
i loved the red ones the most...
took a few pics....i couldn't bear to leave that area...sighs...i love roses sooo much
Section 3:
whole area filled with orchids of much much colours and shapes...
Section 4:
Mangrove swamp look-alike...it was quite real...
haha...funny thing was the fake parrots were supposed to squack...but they ran out of battery...
HAHAH....
i got a nice little orchid plant and my bro got a pitcher plant..cool aye? haha...it's quite hard to maintain it...
